Atrazine Alarmists
The activist groups who are working to get atrazine banned say they want the same things we do: a clean environment and healthy food. But the only way to ensure both of those things is to rely on the facts that science gives us, not our own opinions and political views.
Unfortunately, atrazine – along with the very foundation of American agriculture – has come under attack by these opinionated groups, who want to push their own political agendas on the rest of the country regardless of what the science says.
Two of these entities are Tyrone Hayes, Ph. D., of the University of California-Berkeley, and the National Resources Defense Council (NRDC), a big, non-profit activist group in Washington DC.
