EPA Releases Human Health Risk Assessment

EPA recently released the Cumulative Human Health Risk Assessment for atrazine as part of the registration review process. We are evaluating the findings in this assessment. EPA is accepting comments through September 24.

The EPA’s Ecological Risk Assessment for atrazine was published in June, 2016, and the comment period ended in October, 2016. The agency continues to evaluate comments to the docket for this risk assessment. The Triazine Network continues to encourage EPA to use sound science to correct errors in the ecological risk assessment.
